The Vario TT features a rotating table with two working stations. Its special geometry enables 5-side machining of workpieces with one only positioning.

The base version of the machine, each area is equipped with 3 vertical clamps that are manually adjustable.  

A-Lock

With the A-Lock version, it is possible to manage the automatic positioning of the workpiece clamps. The NC controlled system enables:

• Automatical clamp unlocking
• Positioning of the clamping cylinders in both X and Z direction according to the new machining program
• Re-Locking of each clamp
• Possibility to move one or more clamps during the machining cycle
